New Zealand’s first certified carbon-neutral distillery, crafting small-batch spirits inspired by the Otago Peninsula.
Sandymount Distillery is situated on a five hectare property overlooking Hooper's Inlet on the eastern side of Otago Peninsula in Dunedin. The distillery is proudly New Zealand's first certified Net Carbon Zero distillery and is powered by a 20-panel solar array. All of the native botanicals are sourced from the forest on the property. The water is drawn from a spring that bubbles to the surface on the hill just above the distillery.
