Beautiful gin liqueur made with blackberries from the Sandymount grounds.
On the nose Summer berries, fresh citrus, and cinnamon spice. On the palate Deep rich berry, mouthcoating front end with a sweet tangy middle and thinning spicy finish. Starts off silky sweet at the front of the mouth, into a clean citrus and spiced gin.
