Native forest gin made with 6 native foraged botanicals
On the nose A fragrance of fresh cut grass and apple. On the palate Aniseed and mānuka are at the front, along with a smokiness which leads to a pepper and sweet juniper finish. The gin is initially spicy, with the slight heat of horopito and earthy undertones.
