Taking inspiration from Aotearoa's amazing biodiversity, at Dr Beak, we craft premium gin that will take you on a journey. We love this land and gift a portion of our profits to Forest & Bird. We also select our botanicals for their ability to be grown in NZ. All but one of the botanicals we use are locally grown; this helps to reduce our footprint, supports local businesses, and brings traceability to your glass. Juniper is the exception botanical, however, we have a number of Juniper saplings planted that we hope to one day use in our gin.

This limited release gin liqueur takes inspiration from Japan. Based on traditional Japanese umeshu, this liqueur has been crafted using our Garden Gin as a base and steeping New Zealand-grown green ume fruit for several months, along with rock sugar to balance the tartness of the fruit.
