A gin liqueur made with our New Zealand Garden Gin, infused with locally grown Haskap berries
This limited release gin liqueur has been crafted by naturally infusing Haskap berries, grown near Taihape, in our New Zealand Garden Gin. This is then rested in an oak barrel before being balanced with raw sugar.
This gin liqueur expresses savoury nuances, underpinned by fresh rose petals and red berries. Bright and juicy on the palate with a lingering finish and an exotic flavour profile.
