Rogue Coco – Pink Gin is Papaiti Gin's latest limited release, offering a breezy, island-inspired expression. Distilled with classic botanicals including juniper, coriander, angelica root, liquorice root, lemon peel, and green cardamom, it is then infused with raspberry, coconut, and hibiscus. This combination delivers a smooth and subtly sweet profile, evoking nostalgic island afternoons and pink-hued skies.
Ideal served over ice with soda and a slice of citrus, or mixed into your favourite throwback cocktail, Rogue Coco brings a sense of rebellion to every pour. As part of its first-batch release, $10 from each bottle sold will be donated to Pride Whanganui.
