An earthy robust botanical gin
Woolshed gin takes its inspiration from the farm it is created on. Using the typical Juniper coriander and Angelicas root botanicals, we have added layers of pine, spice, mint freshness and elderflower to bring a heavenly combination of aromas and flavors to the palate. The botanicals are vapour infused in a 40 litre alembic still... creating 34 bottles at a time this is truly small batch bespoke gin at its best.
