Woolshed Gin is a London dry style gin where juniper is the hero. Crafted with botanicals foraged from around the Mt Fyffe farm, including elderflower, mint, and kanuka, this gin evokes the essence of the New Zealand countryside. The botanicals are vapour infused using a 40-litre copper alembic still, resulting in a smooth and aromatic spirit that captures the rustic charm of the woolshed.
