An oceanic Contemporary gin
Shearwater gin was inspired by Kaikōura's endemic Hutton Shearwater bird which nests high in the seaward Kaikōura mountains and heads to the sea to feed. The botanics chosen represent the flight path of this special bird using rosehips from the mountain and local Kaikōura seaweed from the coast. It is a delightfully subtle contemporary gin where seaweed is the hero, nine other botanicals bring a wonderful balance to this oceanic gin and it will leave you wanting another sip.
