A colour changing citrus celebration
Sweet Cutler grapefruit takes centre stage in this colour-changing gin, which is macerated overnight and distilled once. Post-distillation, the gin is steeped with Pink Lady® apple peel and a secret garden botanical foraged in the Wellington region, and tonic turns it from gold to coral pink.
