This handcrafted whisky offers a nose of delicate sweet floral and glazed fruit notes, shining through the distinctive Lammermoor terroir with beautiful malty back notes adding complexity. On the palate, it presents a subtle and sweet entry, evolving into a well-rounded experience filled with delicious notes of sweet smoky malt. The finish is delightful and elegant—long, warm, and satisfying. Crafted from natural spring water sourced on-site and aged in locally sourced Central Otago Pinot Noir barrels made from French oak, this whisky reflects the unique climatic conditions of the region, which accentuate and accelerate the ageing process.
