Through a custom filtration method that incorporates sustainably foraged paua, mussel, and oyster shells from the Southern Ocean, it develops a delicate minerality and polished mouthfeel that’s anything but ordinary. The final touch: tannin-rich waters drawn off the rock of Rakiura herself. The result is a crisp, velvety vodka that’s intentionally subtle, but never nothing.
