A family-run micro-distillery in Rolleston, crafting award-winning gins with bold botanical flavours and a handcrafted touch.

LongShot Distillery is a boutique, family-owned distillery based in Rolleston, Canterbury. Originating from a passion project during lockdown, the founders began distilling in their kitchen with a 5-litre copper still. This hobby evolved into a micro-distillery, leading to the launch of The Racketeer Gin range in 2021. Their gins, including London Dry, Spiced, and Verbena, are handcrafted with a focus on natural flavours and have garnered accolades at the NZ Spirit Awards and Australian Gin Awards in 2022 and 2023.
