Dabblers naturally infused summer berry gin is made from a 2 stage process of vapour infusion of 10 botanicals - Juniper, Lemon peel, Coriander, Orange peel, Liquorice root, Vanilla, Green cardamom, Fennel seeds, Horopito, Kawakawa. Boysenberry, Blackcurrant, Strawberry & Blueberry are then naturally infused through a process similar to steeping. A full berry profile without the added sweetness.
