Dabblers naturally infused Lime & Mint gin is made from a 2 stage process of vapour infusion of 10 botanicals - Juniper, Lemon peel, Coriander, Orange peel, Liquorice root, Vanilla, Green cardamom, Fennel seeds, Horopito, Kawakawa. Fresh lime and mint are then naturally infused through a process similar steeping. The gin was created as the ultimate summer gin - with punchy lime and soft mint - it makes a very refreshing drink with lots of ice in a tall glass with soda. The gin is reminiscent of a Mojito, but made for the gin lover.
