Released to commemorate Cardrona Distillery's seventh anniversary, the Otago Pinot Cask Single Malt Whisky is a marriage of four hand-selected ex-Felton Road Pinot Noir casks. Matured for five years in the unique climate of the Cardrona Valley, this expression showcases a warm rose gold hue and a complex profile. The nose reveals aromas of black amber plum and nectarine, while the palate offers layers of poached nectarine, toffee milk, roasted cashew, and baking spices. Bottled at 52% ABV, non-chill filtered, and retaining its natural colour, this release is limited to 1,217 bottles.
